CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Viewing will be from 08.12.2025 to 15.12.2025 at Their Premises in Sarin park, Mombasa Road, Nairobi
  2. All intending bidders are requested to create an account through https://eauctions.garam.co.ke/ and make a refundable bidding deposit of Kshs 5,000.00 to Garam Investments auctioneers through their paybill Account no. 769941 and thereafter obtain an activated account for bidding (buying) purposes before the date of the auction. Please note that there will be no bidding whatsoever without registration
  3. All interested bidders are requested to view and verify the details and conditions of the goods. STANBIC BANK KENYA LIMITED and/or auctioneer does not warrant these items and they are offered on “AS THEY ARE” basis
  4. Payment terms for the items listed for disposal shall be by Cash at the fall of the hammer. Collection of items will be 24 hours after purchase.
  5. Unsuccessful bidders shall be refunded their deposits immediately after the auction.
  6. Purchased goods must be collected from subject premises within 24 hours, failure to which shall result in storage charges being levied at Kshs.500.00 per day.
  7. Full amount for all items bided must be paid before release and the Sale will be subject to reasonable reserve prices.
