Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Auction

    1. Viewing will be on 15.06.2025 and 30.06.2025 from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm at AGRA – Kenya offices, Westend Towers off Waiyaki Way.
    1. All interested bidders are requested to view and verify the details by themselves, as the auctioneer or AGRA - Kenya does not warrant these, as the units are being offered for sale “AS THEY ARE”.

All intending bidders are requested to create an account through eauction. garam.co.ke and make a refundable deposit of Kshs. 100,000.00 - per unit to Garam Investments auctioneers through their paybill Account no. 769941 and Account name is REG NO. of the unit and thereafter obtain an activated account for bidding (buying) purposes before the date of the auction. Please note that there will be no bidding whatsoever without registration.
