CONDITIONS OF SALE

Terms..

1. Viewing will be from 16.12.2023 to 19.12.2023 (during normal working hours) at their respective locations as listed above.
2. All interested bidders are requested to view and verify the details by themselves, as the auctioneer or "MUA Insurance Kenya Limited" does not warrant these, as the units are being offered for sale "AS THEY ARE".
3. All intending bidders are requested to create an account through www.eauctions.garam.co.ke and make a refundable deposit of Kshs 50,000 to Garam Investments auctioneers through their paybill Account no. 769941 and Account name is MUA Insurance and thereafter obtain an activated account for bidding (buying) purposes before the date of the auction. Please note that there will be no bidding whatsoever without registration.
4. Please note that each Kshs 50,000 bidding deposit will be limited to purchasing a maximum of 1 (one) vehicle only. Any bidder intending to purchase more vehicles must pay the requisite amount of bidding deposits. Bidders who successfully bid for vehicles above Kshs 1,000,000.00 (One Million) will have to immediately top up their bidding deposits to Kshs 200,000 for each vehicle bidded above Kshs 1 million.
5. Unsuccessful bidders shall be refunded their deposits 48 hours after the auction.
6. Successful bidders will have to pay 25% of the bidded price upon receipt of confirmation of bid which amount will include the deposit of Kshs 50,000. The 75% balance shall be payable to Garam Investmenst Auctioneers within seven (7) days through thereafter vehicles released upon clearance of the balance of the purchase price. Please note that failure to pay the balance within the stipulated seven days will result in forfeiture of all deposits paid.
7. After making full payment, Successful bidders will be responsible for transfer fees charged in facilitation of transfer of the log book to their name.
8. Successful bidders will give Mua Insurance Company Kenya Limited a grace period of seven (7) working days to facilitate in transfer of the log book to their name.
9. Mua Insurance Company Kenya Limited shall bear storage charges up to 7 days after the date of auction. Any further accrued storage will be borne by the buyer.
10. Sale will be subject to reasonable reserve prices and the full amount for all vehicles bided shall be paid before release of any other vehicles.
11. Bidders who successfully bid for more than one vehicle will have to pay the full purchase price for all vehicles bidded for before any of them is released.
