CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. All interested bidders are requested to view and verify the details. The Client and/or Auctioneer do not warrant these units and they are offered for sale on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis.
2. A refundable deposit of Kshs 100,000 will be payable by prospective bidders through our Paybill number (A/C: 769941, A/C Name: Registration Number of Unit) to enable participation in the auction.
3. Each Kshs 100,000 bidding deposit will be limited to purchasing a maximum of one (1) vehicle only. Any bidder intending to purchase more vehicles must pay additional bidding deposits before the auction. Unsuccessful bidders shall be refunded their deposits after the auction.
4. Successful bidders must pay the balance of the purchase price to Telkom Kenya within 72 hours after the auction, failing which the deposit shall be forfeited and the salvage sold to the second highest bidder.
5. Sale will be subject to reasonable reserve prices.
6. The cost of transfer, re-registration, and any other related costs will be borne by the Buyer. The Client will provide all necessary documents to facilitate the transfer process.
7. The Client will release the vehicle to the Buyer only upon production of proof of payment.
8. The Buyer is given 10 working days from the auction date to complete the transfer of ownership, after which the Client reserves the right to repossess the vehicle. In such cases, all deposits paid will be retained by the Client.
9. All purchased items must be removed within 10 working days from the auction date from the client's premises. Delays will attract a storage fee of Kshs 1,000 per day after the 10th day.
10. Viewing will be from 27.04.2026 to 07.05.2026 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays) at the current locations of the vehicles.
11. The Client and/or the Auctioneer reserve the right to reject any bid without giving reasons.
